Heather, the manager, was exceptional. she made sure we felt welcomed. When we mentioned needing a room change, she promptly upgraded us to a suite. It was spacious, and the cleanliness was consistent throughout our stay. Breakfast was available, but I did miss out when I arrived late. they stop serving everything by 9:30 AM. One downside was the hardness of the bed. It was okay for a night but wouldn’t be comfortable for an extended stay. Overall, basic, clean, and accommodating with a standout service experience from Heather.

staying here was such a pleasant experience, as I really enjoyed immersing myself in the nearby parks and taking leisurely walks to local attractions, all while being greeted by friendly staff who genuinely made me feel at home during my stay.

western motel inn and suites hazelhurst is conveniently located close to my office. the front desk staff was exceptionally nice, making me feel welcomed during my stay. plus, the recreational opportunities, like the health club, were a nice bonus to unwind after a long day.

the only downside was the smell of cleaning supplies, which was quite strong.
